Tuition fee
You can split the payment into installments. Each installment is paid before the start of its respective semester:
- I installment (30% of tuition)
- II installment (25% of tuition)
- III installment (25% of tuituion)
- IV installment (20% of tuition)
Additionaly the candidate is required to pay a non-refundable recruitment fee of 200 EUR or 850 PLN.
Participant's profile
- The Executive MBA Program carried out at the Krakow School of Business KUE is addressed to business owners, middle and senior managers, including current and future management board members, who aim to acquire General Management competence.
- From candidates we require a university degree diploma, English language competency on at least B2+ level on the CEFR scale and at least five years of managerial experience. We also ask to provide two reference letters from business partners.
- We seek candidates with a good orientation in the business environment, with knowledge and experience, as well as flexibility, open-minded attitude and readiness to share their experience with other program participants.
- MBA studies are demanding and are meant to deliver top quality learning experience, hence the recruitement process is carefully designed and multi-staged. It is our responsibility to optimize the selection of candidates based on their education profile, length of professional experience, positions held, areas and scope of responsibilities.

The program aims to develop competent, effective and responsible leaders with a strong international outlook empowered to produce creative, profitable and sustainable solutions for future problems and challenges by proactively applying newest management approaches. The program has three significant characteristics which distinguish it from others: authenticity, personalization and three-dimensional orientation.

Networking
The KSB Alumni MBA Club operates at the School. Moreover, Krakow School of Business KUE is the only school in Poland that organizes the International MBA Congress every year. The Congress gathers people related to MBA studies, academia and business, who actively participate in these events, create a scientific and business platform, enabling the exchange of experiences. Knowledge about the latest trends in the economy, passed on during meetings, allows students and graduates to follow changes in the field of management.
Diploma prestige
Graduates receive a diploma issued by renowned educational institution educating at the world level – the Krakow School of Business at the Krakow University of Economics in cooperation with EM Normandie Business School from France and AESE Business School from Portugal.

General acceptance criteria
- MBA programs are a type of post-graduate studies. To apply you must have a higher education degree (Bachelor, Engineer, Master) issued by an institution of higher education,
- MBA programs are conducted fully in English. English language competency on at least B2+ on the CEFR scale is required,
- a non-refundable payment of the recruitment fee is required to be admitted (the recruitment fee is different among 3 programs),
- personal interview with KSB KUE Admissions Committee,
- admission test.
Documents and templates
All documents are submitted in the IRK recruitment system during your registration.
- a cover letter is required to be submitted (template),
- recommendation letters from business partners,
- in the case of financing or co-financing the studies by the employer or in the case of self-employment you have to submit the application form for the MBA studies,
- current CV,
- higher education diploma,
- additional documents and certificates of completed trainings.
Days and times of classes
The classes are conducted on-site, on Krakow University of Economics campus, in Kraków School of Business - Rakowicka 27, building G, Krakow, Poland.
Classes in MBA programs take place once or twice a month. Depending on the chosen program and the course being taught the specific times might be different to accomodate for the needs of a certain course. Each meeting consists of 3 days:
- Friday - classes begin afternoon (3PM-4PM) and end late evening (8.30PM-9PM),
- Saturday - classes begin in the morning (8.30AM-9AM) and end in the afternoon (3PM-4.30PM),
- Sunday - classes begin in the morning (8.30AM-9AM) and end in the afternoon (3PM-4.30PM).
In justified cases, such as force majeure, state of epidemic threat, or changes in the current legislature or University Regulations, the Director of the School may decide on changing the rules concerning the organization of classes during the programs' cycle. This includes changes in the programs' curriculum, changes in the schedule, extending the durations of the programs or deciding on conducting the program online. The changes may be consulted with the programs' participants, but the Director makes the final decision.
